8. To Implement 5 S
9. To Reduce Rejection & check optimization from rejected glass.
10. To manage off cuts for reuse.
11. To implement cost reduction methods.
12. To achieve daily production targets with quality.
13. To handle team of contractual and company employee.
14. Machine operating.
