CNC Lathe Setter/Operator

As a CNC Lathe Setter cum Operator at our company, you will play a crucial role in the production process by setting up the CNC Lathe machine with Fanuc Controller for efficient production of Tube fittings, Flanges & Valves. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up the CNC Lathe machine for Production / Sample Lot. - Inspecting the Machined Parts to ensure quality standards are met. - Performing routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal efficiency. - Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation of machine operations and inspections. - Adhering strictly to safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards throughout the production process. - Collaborating with engineers, quality control personnel, and production teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality. - Troubleshooting mechanical and programming problems with the CNC machinery promptly to minimize downtime. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Prior experience as a CNC Lathe Setter cum Operator. - Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC Lathe machines with Fanuc Controller. - Strong attention to detail and quality standards. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot mechanical and programming issues.
