CNC Lathe Operator

As a CNC Lathe Machine Operator at LIN SCAN, your role involves measuring each large and small component to ensure proper fitting in the final design. You are responsible for identifying potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings before the production process. While reporting to the Production Supervisor, your primary focus is to execute all tasks related to your scope of work according to HSE standards, corporate policies, and approved plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Study assembly specifications to determine the most efficient order of processes for specific projects - Measure components to ensure proper fitting in the final design - Identify potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings - Assemble metal components and polish finished products - Manufacture metal components for tools, industrial machinery, and machine components - Maintain equipment, take accurate measurements, and collaborate with machinists - Execute additional tasks as requested by the RD Director or immediate Supervisor within your job role **Qualifications Required:** - ITI Technical certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the engineering/design department for production of design/shop drawings/material submittals - Prior experience in inline inspection preferred - Knowledge of Siemens Fanuc control operating system - Proficiency in Hindi and English language In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, walk and climb for duties, communicate effectively, maintain focus and multitask, wear necessary safety equipment, and demonstrate sufficient mobility and reflexes for office duties and travel to off-site locations when required.,
