Roles and Responsibilities Set up and operate bending machines to produce high-quality products. Ensure accurate cutting of materials using laser cutting, plasma cutting, and other machining processes. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in operating CNC bending machines or similar equipment. Proficiency in CNC programming (e.g., G-code) for precise control over machining operations. Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques, including bending, cutting, and shaping. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings to understand product specifications.
