Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for a range of Radiant Logic VDS solution capabilities and technical aspects - Install and configure RadiantOne VDS with advanced setup knowledge - Onboard and integrate new users and applications onto existing VDS solutions - Lead the transition of RadiantOne VDS solutions from delivery teams to production services - Establish strong partnerships with IAM delivery teams, product vendor partners, and operational support teams - Collaborate with operational support partners to review and assess onboarding requests in alignment with standards and best practices - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for VDS solutions, including infrastructure, functionality, and configurations - Serve as an escalation point for operational support teams and author support documentation and SOPs - Support operational duties during the post-go-live hyper-care period and participate in user acceptance test (UAT) activities - Manage and maintain RadiantOne VDS Environments, ensuring effective monitoring of function, performance, and capacity - Demonstrate expertise in enterprise authentication and authorization systems, including protocols like XML, SAML, LDAP, and Kerberos - Possess knowledge in web single sign-on, AD, attribute-based access control, and privileged access management - Experience in integrating authentication and identity propagation methods with enterprise applications/systems - Conduct root cause analysis, technology evaluation, and design reviews - Estimate and plan technical work effort, ensuring timely execution - Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business concepts to technical audiences - Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery - Understanding of delivery requirements in regulated environments and familiarity with web application servers such as IIS, Apache, WebLogic, or Tomcat Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree required Skills Expertise: - Strong soft skills in verbal and written communication and technical document writing - Previous experience working in remote teams on a global scale Additional Company Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world, creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
