Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated CMS Front End Developer to join our growing Digital Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about web development and want to specialize in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Drupal.

You will work closely with senior developers and digital specialists, gaining hands-on experience in building scalable websites, customizing components, integrating APIs, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and content workflows. The role requires a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to enterprise-level CMS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in building and maintaining websites using CMS platforms (AEM/Drupal).

· Collaborate with senior developers to build custom templates, components, and workflows.

· Write clean, structured, and reusable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

· Work with JSON data, RESTful APIs, and web services for integrations.

· Utilize AI-powered developer and content tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve efficiency.

· Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible.

Required Skills:

· Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON.

· Understanding of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web integration.

· Exposure to AI/ML-powered tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, content optimization tools).

· Strong willingness to learn AEM, Drupal, and modern CMS technologies.

· Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

· Exposure to UI frameworks (React.js).

· Academic or personal projects involving website or CMS development.

· Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).

· Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility best practices.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (final year students or recent graduates welcome).

· Strong academic background with a passion for web development and technology.

· Internship or project experience in web development is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: ₹559,267.83 - ₹1,721,072.27 per year
