Teaching & Instruction

• Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, labs, and seminars in core computer science subjects (e.g., Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, AI, ML, etc.)
• Design course content, assignments, and assessments aligned with the syllabus and academic standards
• Use innovative teaching methods including online learning platforms, coding simulations, and real-time projects
• Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations

Academic Administration

• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum design, and accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA, etc.)
• Maintain academic records, grading, attendance, and student performance evaluation
• Serve as academic advisor or mentor to assigned students

Research & Publications

• Engage in research activities and publish in peer-reviewed journals/conferences
• Apply for research grants, patents, and contribute to funded projects
• Guide postgraduate students in research and scholarly writing

Professional Development

• Stay updated with advancements in the field through continuous learning
• Attend faculty development programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Foster industry-academia collaboration through guest lectures, MoUs, etc.

Other Duties

• Assist in admission counseling, student clubs, placements, and outreach activities
• Perform any other academic or administrative tasks assigned by the HOD or Management

Qualifications:

Educational:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / related field (MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc CS)
• Ph.D. (preferred or mandatory as per UGC/AICTE norms for Assistant/Associate Professor roles)

Experience:

• 0–3 years (Lecturer / Assistant Professor)
• 3–8 years (Associate Professor)
• 10+ years with leadership and research credentials (Professor)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge and programming skills (C/C++, Java, Python, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of modern teaching tools (Moodle, Google Classroom, etc.)
• Ability to motivate students and create an inclusive learning environment
• Team player with organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,871.77 - ₹100,000.00 per month
