Role & responsibilities

Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care:
RMOs are responsible for examining patients, diagnosing illnesses, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing patient care.
Emergency Response:
RMOs respond to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
Supervision:
They work under the supervision of senior medical staff, including consultants and attending physicians.

Collaboration:
They work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Patient Education:
RMOs may also be involved in educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.

Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
CMOs develop and implement clinical strategies and policies to improve patient care and organizational performance.
Quality Improvement:
They lead initiatives to improve the quality and safety of healthcare services, including developing and implementing quality improvement plans.
Policy Development:
CMOs develop and review patient care policies, practice protocols, and organizational policies.
Staff Management:
They oversee the training, and supervision of medical staff, ensuring compliance with best practices.

External Relationships:
They establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as other hospitals and regulatory bodies.
Emergency Management:
In some cases, CMOs may also be involved in overseeing emergency management and response.

Preferred candidate

Candidates having good experience in ICU and Operation Theatre are preferred
