Job Title: Quality – CMN

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

CTC:

• Up to ₹30,000 per month

Location:

• Chennai

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in operating machines (both automation and manual).
• Proficiency in Calypso software for measurement and inspection.
• Experience in handling Zeiss CMM machines.
• Skilled in operating joysticks for machine controls.
• Ability to perform visual auditing and interpret technical diagrams/pictures.
• Good understanding of measurement programs and ability to read/interpret inspection results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspection using CMM machines (Zeiss) and Calypso software.
• Conduct dimensional inspection of components using manual and automated methods.
• Operate machines and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
• Interpret inspection reports, drawings, and diagrams to ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain documentation of inspection results and audit findings.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement in quality processes.
