CMMS Engineer

As an ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for various tasks related to asset management and equipment documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing Asset register by referring to engineering drawings - Creating Equipment master technical characteristics from vendor documents - Developing Equipment hierarchy - Reviewing vendor documents and creating SPIR (Supplier Product Information Requirement) - Reviewing spare parts and preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) - Enriching existing BOM - Extracting existing ERP data and enriching equipment master data - Preparing CMMS load file for SAP - Defining work instructions and best practices - Defining quality checklists for deliverables - Preparing work schedule and deliverable plans In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Knowledge in Tag extraction, Equipment creation, and Bill of Material creation - Familiarity with SAP ERP system - Maintenance experience in Oil and gas process equipment - Experience in material master creation - Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings If you meet these requirements and are looking to join a company that values expertise and dedication in asset management, this opportunity may be the perfect fit for you.,
