Your main responsibilities will include preparing the Asset register by referring to engineering drawings, creating Equipment master technical characteristics based on vendor documents, and establishing Equipment hierarchy. Additionally, you will need to review vendor documents, create SPIRs, and review spare parts to compile accurate Bill of Materials. Furthermore, you will be required to enhance existing Bill of Materials, extract data from the existing ERP system to enrich equipment master data, and generate the CMMS load file for SAP. You will report to the Assistant Director Industrial Engineer and be responsible for the Equipment Engineer processes and technologies to support business targets. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and predictive maintenance on various machines including Gear Manufacturing, Hobbing, Broaching machines, Shaping machine, Milling machine, Grinding machine, Turning center, CNC, VMC, Fanuc control systems, Siemens control systems, Omron, Delta. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
