CMMS Engineer

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for various key tasks in this role. Your main responsibilities will include preparing the Asset register by referring to engineering drawings, creating Equipment master technical characteristics based on vendor documents, and establishing Equipment hierarchy. Additionally, you will need to review vendor documents, create SPIRs, and review spare parts to compile accurate Bill of Materials. Furthermore, you will be required to enhance existing Bill of Materials, extract data from the existing ERP system to enrich equipment master data, and generate the CMMS load file for SAP. It will also be part of your duties to develop Quality standards and metrics, and conduct training sessions for the team on technical aspects and project requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience in Tag extraction, Equipment creation, and Bill of Material creation. Familiarity with the SAP ERP system, maintenance practices in Oil and gas process equipment, Material master creation, and reviewing engineering drawings will be essential for success in this position.
