The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 4 years of experience. You will be working full-time and should possess the following skills: - Great communication skills - Proficiency in Ms Office - Familiarity with Cmmi Ml5 - Knowledge of Iso 9001/27001 - Experience with Agile methodology - Ability to conduct internal auditing Your responsibilities will include the implementation of best practices from CMMI ML5 and various ISO Standards in Project/Process/Quality Management. You will be required to effectively handle process quality assurance activities to elevate the organization's quality performance levels. Conducting and facilitating ISO audits and CMMI-based assessments within the organization will be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing early warnings to Senior Management regarding project progress in terms of effort, schedule, and defects. Process customization/tailoring based on customer requirements, facing customer and certification audits as needed, and offering timely consultancy to project teams are also key aspects of this position. Furthermore, you will be enforcing information security practices in projects, ensuring the accuracy of metrics from projects, and escalating any issues observed. Performing IQA/ISMS internal audits and maintaining awareness on tools such as configuration management tools, bug tracking tools, MS Office, and Minitab will be part of your routine tasks.,
