We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Air and Sea Export freight sales . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international freight forwarding, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of logistics operations related to Exports & Imports. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for Air Export & Import and Sea Export & Import services. Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients, including exporters, manufacturers, and traders. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with pricing, operations, and documentation teams to provide competitive and accurate quotations to clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to enhance market visibility and build new leads. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or International Trade). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, with a strong focus on Air and Sea Export . Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, international shipping practices, and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic logistics ERP systems.

Headquartered in Delhi, we provide end-to-end logistics solutions including air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain management . As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Sales Manager who can lead business development efforts, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our client base in international logistics. Role Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and identifying growth opportunities in the freight forwarding industry. This role requires a strong understanding of air & sea freight operations, customs regulations, and international trade practices , combined with proven sales expertise. Key Responsibilities • Business Development o Identify, approach, and convert potential clients (importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders). o Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and trade lanes. o Build a pipeline of prospects and close high-value deals. • Client Relationship Management o Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. o Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. o Provide customized logistics solutions tailored to client needs. • Sales & Negotiations o Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. o Negotiate freight rates and contract terms with customers. o Collaborate with carriers, shipping lines, and overseas agents for competitive pricing. • Market Analysis & Strategy o Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and global trade shifts. o Provide management with insights and reports on business opportunities. o Recommend pricing strategies and promotional activities to stay competitive. • Team & Collaboration o Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. o Support management in achieving overall company growth targets. Qualifications & Skills Essential: • 3–7 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics. • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and customs brokerage . • Familiarity with Incoterms, tariffs, and international trade regulations . • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred: • An existing network of clients and industry contacts. • Experience handling specialized cargo (pharmaceuticals, perishables, dangerous goods, or project cargo). • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office Suite . • Familiarity with freight management systems/ERP platforms . • Certifications such as FIATA Diploma, IATA Air Cargo, or Supply Chain Management . • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
