Clubhouse Project Manager

You are looking for a Clubhouse Project Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of clubhouse and lifestyle facilities within our residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in managing clubhouse interiors, coordinating with vendors, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring the timely completion of amenities with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of clubhouse spaces, which includes overseeing the development of gym, pool, indoor games area, party hall, reception/lounge, and other lifestyle amenities. Working closely with engineers, site supervisors, interior designers, and contractors will be vital to ensure the day-to-day progress aligns with the project plan. Your duties will also involve overseeing various vendors and contractors such as civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other service providers. It will be essential to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient deployment of labor to maintain project timelines and quality standards in compliance with approved drawings and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the clubhouse for client handover, ensuring it is completed, cleaned, and fully functional. This includes addressing snag lists and conducting finishing touch-ups to meet client expectations. Maintaining daily work records, generating progress reports, coordinating billing activities, and managing vendor documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.
