I had a horrible experience. Never take a Jacuzzi Room, they don’t provide Hot Water in a Jacuzzi. And your hot water in bathroom is very minimal with a small heater. They tried to fill the bathtub with buckets disturbing the privacy. …

Property is really good and staff is also so polite,good, helpful and kind.
Mr. Parmanand from staff walk through us in spice garden took beautiful photos of us and gave us lot of information.

Just skip it. Stay somewhere else. No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff. Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better. There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

4 days stay we really enjoyed our stay at club oxygen Thekkady staff was very helpful specially Mr Anaz and Paramanatham.

Pleasant experience rooms are very eco friendly, peaceful ambience.. But need more hygiene for all areas.. I enjoyed the pool experience.. Paramandam, who help us to step inside the pool.. He is very friendly he explained everything about this resort to us very well..

Service provided by staffs are excellent. Especially the swimming pool safety guard Padmanabhan was really good and nice to the guests. It was a really nice time with Club Oxygen.
