The worst part was their bathroom—water was clogged, and the closet elevation was too high. The food was a total waste. Unbelievably, this is rated as a 4-star hotel! I don’t understand how it got. It was too costly for the experience. I stayed there from December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is very nice and well maintained.
Staff here is very humble and helpful. Mr. Parmanand helped us a lot during stay also he gave a well guided tour of spices plantation in resort property.

The place is amazing and the location is good. Overall amenities is perfect and the pool ambience is neatly maintained by Paramandam. Slight improvement needed in Room Service and Restaurant side as it's taking a lot of time for services.

Room was excellent and clean. Location is awesome. Swimming pool maintenance is also excellent. Breakfast and Dinner are simple and tasty. Mr. Paramandhan taking care of swimming maintance helped us lot and guide us to see various locations. We highly recommend this resort.
