Budget – Around 2.5 to 3.5 LPA Experience – 1 to 2 years (minimum 1 Year in M365 is mandatory) Location – Pune Only (WFH) We are actively hiring for M365 Support Engineer who has minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Support Job Responsibilities Strong knowledge of Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, etc Implement, configure, and manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies. Troubleshoot complex Office 365 related issues and provide high-level support to customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and integrated Office 365 experience. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards within the Office 365 environment. Experience in Migration from any platform to Microsoft 365. Participate in the planning and execution of migrations to Office 365 from various platforms. Monitor and report on Office 365 usage, performance, and security. Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and features in Office 365, ensuring optimal utilization. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Office 365 tools. Handle Laptop/Desktop Support for customers remotely if any. Proficient in administering user accounts, permissions, and licenses in Office 365, ensuring appropriate access levels and compliance with organizational policies. Knowledge and experience on Intune, Azure AD, Endpoint Configuration Manager is added advantage. Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with customers and other internal teams at a peer level. Other Abilities Excellent communication skills, including experience in writing and presentation skills, as well as reviewing technical documentation You are a quick learner, want to improve every day and like to support advanced technologies. You have confidence in your technical knowledge and can act as an M365 expert to solve complex problems. You love challenges and measure yourself against a wide variety of technical problems. Facing the unknown is for you stimulating, and not destabilizing! You know how to quickly connect with users, reassure them and provide them with exemplary service (phone and email).
