Cloud Support Analyst III

As a Production Application Support specialist at Zafin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our integrated platform for top banks worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 6 years of experience in Production Application Support with a techno-functional background, enabling you to understand the product functions and features effectively. - Supporting client integration testing, with a preference for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Testing and replicating production/non-production application issues, analyzing logs, and identifying the root cause swiftly. - Experience in deployment using Jboss/Wildfly/WebSphere/WebLogic, with additional experience in deployment in Azure being highly valued. - Proficiency in basic database queries using Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Demonstrating strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the right attitude towards work. - Playing the role of an incident manager, effectively communicating and collaborating on service requests/incidents raised by or for customers. - Learning and understanding how our product services are delivered to customers, as well as gaining insights into our product from a functional and integration perspective. - Collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver value to customers and taking a lead in customer-facing roles.
