Job Description

Job Summary As a Cloud Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud-based solutions focusing on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services. You will leverage your expertise in SharePoint Infra build Content Migration and administration to enhance collaboration and productivity. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Viva Insights and Engage ensuring seamless integration and user experience. Responsibilities Manage and optimize cloud-based solutions focusing on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services to enhance organizational productivity. Oversee the SharePoint Infra build process ensuring robust and scalable infrastructure that meets business needs. Lead SharePoint Content Migration projects ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations. Administer SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 environments ensuring high availability and performance. Implement and manage One Drive for Business solutions facilitating secure and efficient file sharing and collaboration. Utilize Viva Insights to provide actionable insights that drive employee engagement and productivity. Integrate Viva Engage to foster a collaborative and communicative work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CollabM365SharePointSuite. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and related services ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint administration processes and best practices. Conduct training sessions to empower end-users with the knowledge to utilize SharePoint and Microsoft 365 effectively. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing collaboration tools that impact societal productivity positively. Qualifications Possess a strong background in SharePoint Infra build and administration with a focus on scalability. Demonstrate expertise in SharePoint Content Migration ensuring seamless data transfer. Have experience with One Drive for Business facilitating efficient file management. Be proficient in using Viva Insights and Engage to enhance user experience. Show capability in managing SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 environments. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting SharePoint-related issues. Have excellent communication skills to conduct effective training sessions.
