Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Cloud Specialist with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365 Security MS Exchange Online Protect Office 365 ATP O365 DLP and related technologies. This role involves designing and implementing messaging services ensuring secure and efficient communication solutions. The position is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Design and implement secure messaging services using Microsoft 365 technologies to enhance organizational communication. Oversee the administration of MS Exchange Online and ensure optimal performance and security. Provide expert support for Office 365 ATP and O365 DLP to protect sensitive data and prevent data loss. Collaborate with IT teams to manage MS Exchange Online Protect and ensure robust email security. Lead the migration of messaging services to M365 ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption. Develop and maintain documentation for messaging systems ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members. Monitor messaging environments for potential security threats and implement proactive measures. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand messaging needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing messaging infrastructure to enhance efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex messaging issues providing timely solutions to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in messaging and data protection. Provide training and guidance to junior team members on messaging technologies and security protocols. Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies to maintain expertise. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 Security and MS Exchange Online Administration. Proven experience in Office 365 ATP and O365 DLP implementation and management. Strong skills in M365 Messaging Migration and Design & Implement Messaging Services. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in messaging environments. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members. Show more Show less
