Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Apps

As a Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) - Cloud & AI Apps at Microsoft, your role will involve helping customers build secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure. Your responsibilities will include delivering engagements covering architecture design, proof of concepts, and production deployments to ensure performance, resiliency, and security across mission-critical workloads. You will collaborate with engineering teams, share best practices, and stay current with evolving trends to help customers unlock the full value of their Cloud investments. Additionally, you will work up to 50% from home, providing flexibility in your work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Be the trusted Technical Delivery Lead and advisor to large enterprise customers - Drive new opportunities to enable Customer Success business results - Lead technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) - Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects - Drive technical leadership and apply new learnings to support customers and internal teams skilling Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure/application technologies - Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise-grade cloud-native solutions with AI capabilities - Sound experience in Azure Application Platform, Azure Integration Service, Azure AI Foundry, DevOps, GitHub, and Azure Data Services - Track record of driving customer/partner success at the enterprise level - Communication and presentation skills to drive CXO level conversations This role will require you to demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals.
