About The Role

Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary:As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between clients and Accenture's operations teams, facilitating support and managing escalations. Your typical day will involve communicating the health of service delivery to stakeholders, addressing performance issues, and ensuring that cloud orchestration and automation capabilities function effectively, all while striving to maintain minimal downtime. You will also conduct performance meetings to share insights on performance and consumption trends, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on service expectations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders to highlight service health.
