Cloud Security Architect

Role Overview: Pluxee is a global player in employee benefits and engagement, operating in 31 countries, helping companies attract, engage, and retain talent through solutions in Meal & Food, Wellbeing, Lifestyle, Reward & Recognition, and Public Benefits. As a cloud security architect at Pluxee, you will be an integral part of the Global Security Teams, focusing on Cloud Security Assessment, Cloud Security Design, and Cloud Security Governance. Key Responsibilities: - Cloud Security Assessment: - Analyze business and IT requests affecting information and systems security in the Pluxee public cloud and recommend mitigating measures. - Assess security risks, define appropriate security measures, and processes in main business projects to safeguard data and systems before deployment. - Review technical and functional security prerequisites in main cloud projects, aligning with IT and information security strategies, specifically regarding digital identities and cloud integration. - Evaluate the security of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) for Pluxee, validating their use and establishing homologation conditions. - Cloud Security Design: - Serve as a key resource on Cloud Security topics and cross-functional global projects. - Provide security support and technical guidance to regions and BUs for migrating and deploying assets in the Pluxee public cloud. - Assist entities in implementing security solutions based on business requirements. - Cloud Security Governance: - Assist in onboarding Regional 3rd parties to ensure compliance with Pluxee security standards during design and implementation activities. - Contribute to defining Pluxee's security best practices, security governance, and processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System Security, Cybersecurity, or equivalent technical experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security, either in consulting or a technical IT department. - Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure. - Possession of Microsoft Azure and/or cloud security certification(s) such as CCSK, CCSP, ISSAP, Microsoft SC-100, AZ-500. - Strong technical background in network, system, database, application, and software development. - Ability to analyze business value and risks before proposing technical solutions. - Proficient in writing technical documents that clearly articulate security considerations, technical solutions, implementation, and costs. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with IT, business, and third parties effectively.
