Job Description

As a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing a high level of managed service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving cloud-based incidents and problems. Your role involves maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and managing tickets of high complexity. You will conduct advanced tasks, provide resolutions to complex problems, and ensure operational improvements and quality assurance. Your key responsibilities will include configuring, installing, testing, and ensuring the operational status of assigned infrastructure at the client site. You will apply monitoring tools, respond to alerts, and log all incidents with detailed information. Additionally, you will analyze, assign, and escalate support calls, investigate and identify root causes of incidents and problems, and provide onsite technical support to clients. Furthermore, you will conduct monthly reviews of incidents and service requests, recommend improvements, and provide continuous feedback to clients. Your role may involve contributing to project work, implementing disaster recovery functions, and optimizing work through automation. You will also work on implementing cloud security controls, cloud process automation, and Golden AMI creation. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You should possess a good understanding of cloud architecture, deployment of cloud services using Terraform, and monitoring incident responses. Additionally, you should have knowledge of cloud industry technologies, ITIL frameworks, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.
