Job Overview. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud IQ Voss Network Solution Architect with Extreme Certification to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud-based Voss Network Solution using Extreme Certification. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, network architecture, and possess the Extreme Certification.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions. Strong knowledge of network architecture and protocols. Extreme Certification in Voss Network Solution is required. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Roles And Responsibilities. 12+ years of experience in a technical support role. 8+ years of experience in Extreme Networks products.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Must possess Extreme Networks Certified Specialist Certification. Heavy experience with Extreme routers and switches (VOSS Required, ERS/EXOS/VSP). Strong experience with SPB (Fabric). Strong Experience with Extreme XIQ-SE, ExtremeCloudIQ, and Extreme Control. Strong knowledge of Layer 2, Layer 3 routing protocols VRRP, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, etc. Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices. RF Experience in Wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n. Data Center Routing And Switching Experience Preferred. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong account management and customer communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. Extreme commitment to customer service and enhancing the customer experience. Excellent computing skills. Current ECS certification is required. Ability to learn and effectively utilize customer support tools/resources. Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as appropriate judgement,. independence, and discretion.
