Cloud & Infrastructure - Solution Architect

You are a dynamic and experienced Technology Support Group Leader with over 12 years of experience, currently based in Greater Noida. In this role, you will be spearheading our Technology Support Group, leveraging your hands-on expertise and strategic insight in both business and technology across various industries. The ideal candidate we are looking for is proactive, a self-starter, and excels in fast-paced and evolving environments. As a Seasoned Solution Architect, Innovation Leader, and Strategic thinker, you have a strong track record of driving transformation across cloud and infrastructure domains. You are recognized as a Thought Leader in designing scalable solutions, fostering innovation, and shaping technology strategy. Your key responsibilities will include providing expert guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical issues across infrastructure domains, partnering with stakeholders to drive innovation through technology enablement, evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions aligned with business goals, leading root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions to recurring issues, responding swiftly and effectively to critical incidents to minimize business impact, building and leading virtual communities focused on specific technologies and best practices, and fostering continuous learning and skill development within the team. To be successful in this role, you should have over 15 years of industry experience, with at least 10 years as a Solutions Architect specializing in Cloud, Data Center (DC), Workplace, and Cybersecurity Infrastructure. You should also have experience in Problem Management and Crisis Management, ensuring business continuity and rapid incident resolution. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, experience in designing and managing scalable DC architectures, expertise in modern workplace tools and platforms, a strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and threat mitigation strategies, proven leadership as a Senior Solutions Architect across Cloud, DC, Workplace, and Cybersecurity systems, skills in automation and optimization of infrastructure operations, an innovation-driven mindset, and a B. Tech degree is preferred.,
