The role involves managing and supporting on-premises network infrastructure, which includes Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, and Cisco Firewalls. Your responsibilities will include analyzing network flows and troubleshooting network issues, attending to incidents and problems, raising change requests, and following change management processes. You will also need to coordinate with third-party support teams for network changes and resolve network issues promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing changes requests for network and cloud networks for Azure. This includes analyzing DNS records on network devices related to VMs, preparing migration plans for these records, resolving flow blockages, updating DNS records according to migration plans, and reviewing and closing Any to Any rules implemented on Azure. Your role will also involve configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto Firewalls to ensure network security and performance. You will utilize Prisma cloud services for network security and management, configure, maintain, and monitor Cisco firewalls and network devices, and collaborate with the IT team to develop network flows between different firewall devices. Monitoring regular network flows and performance, analyzing results, identifying network rules for transitioning infrastructure from on-premises to cloud, participating in client change management procedures, and providing technical support and guidance to team members are also part of the job responsibilities.,
