Cloud ERP Adoption and Experience Office Expert

As a Cloud ERP Adoption and Experience Office Expert at SAP, your primary role will involve: - Gathering data insights to uncover adoption barriers, including product challenges, go-to-market (GTM) gaps, and reasons for low usage of solution capabilities. - Identifying reliable sources of adoption data, collaborating with teams like CS, Product, and ASC to enhance data quality. - Using data-driven analysis to specify customer segments, pinpoint adoption opportunities, and support targeted programs. - Correlating adoption data with business outcomes to measure impact and refine adoption strategies. - Creating dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for Customer Success, Product, and GTM teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong analytical mindset and a passion for using data to solve problems. - Interest in learning new tools and exploring data-driven insights with a growth mindset. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment. - Familiarity with SAP Cloud ERP solutions and an eagerness to deepen knowledge. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau) and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. - Clear communication skills to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences. Work Experience & Additional Skills: - 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business insights, or a related role. - Familiarity with SAP's ecosystem, Cloud Technology, or BTP is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Fluency in English (written and spoken) and willingness to work across global teams.
