Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture

• Assess customer infrastructure and business needs to design HPE GreenLake solutions.
  
• Define hybrid cloud architectures across compute, storage, networking, and security.
  
• Provide capacity planning and performance optimization.
  

• Implementation & Deployment

• Lead installation, configuration, and integration of HPE GreenLake infrastructure.
  
• Manage migration of workloads and applications into the GreenLake environment.
  
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability in deployments.
  

• Operations & Support

• Monitor and manage GreenLake platforms using HPE tools and dashboards.
  
• Troubleshoot issues across compute, storage, and networking layers.
  
• Provide proactive support, patching, and updates.
  

• Collaboration & Customer Engagement

• Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  
• Provide technical expertise during presales and solutioning discussions.
  
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for client IT teams.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  

• 37 years

  of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  HPE GreenLake

  platform.
• Knowledge of

  servers (HPE ProLiant, Synergy), storage (Primera, Alletra, 3PAR, Nimble), networking (Aruba)

  .
• Understanding of

  hybrid cloud models

  (Azure, AWS, VMware, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with

  automation tools

  (Ansible, Terraform) and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with

  ITIL processes

  and enterprise support environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Certifications

• HPE ASE / Master ASE Hybrid IT Solutions Architect

  .
• HPE GreenLake Certified or equivalent training.
  
• VMware, Azure, or AWS cloud certifications.
  
• ITIL v4 Foundation.
