Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and manage

  cloud subscriptions

  and associated

  cloud resources

  (across AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Design and maintain

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  scripts using

  Terraform

  for automated provisioning and consistent environment management.
• Implement

  GitOps workflows

  using

  Argo Workflows

  and

  Argo Events

  for deployment automation and CI/CD operations.
• Collaborate with

  Network

  and

  Platform

  teams to support deployment pipelines, system integration, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Participate in

  architecture reviews

  , providing inputs on scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud-native solutions.
• Conduct

  cloud cost analysis

  , identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing cost-control strategies.
• Support

  Disaster Recovery

  planning, backup strategies, and failover testing to ensure high availability and business continuity.
• Monitor system health using

  Grafana

  ,

  Prometheus

  , and

  Uptime-Kuma

  , and manage logs using

  Grafana Loki

  and

  Alloy

  .
• Use

  Jira

  for task management, collaboration, and issue tracking in an agile delivery environment.

Required Skills & Tools:

• IaC & Automation

  : Terraform, Argo Workflows, Argo Events

• Cloud Platforms

  : Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

• Monitoring

  : Grafana, Prometheus, Uptime-Kuma

• Logging

  : Grafana Loki, Alloy

• Project Management

  : Jira
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Python) are a plus
• Good understanding of network and security concepts in cloud environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Terraform Associate) are a plus.
