About the role In our journey from Bank to Bank Tech, Cloud infrastructure plays a key role. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for the provisioning, onboarding, and overseeing development and management of cloud services. Based on business demand and projected expectations from cloud architecture, you will plan the development of services, govern, approve, and lead key product changes. Network operations safety and monitoring of network performance will be key to your profile. You will be a member of the Cloud Centre of Excellence (COE), a centrally organized enterprise architecture function that governs all types of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and leads cloud computing adoption. You will also ensure that network operations are safe and efficient by monitoring network performance. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring data protection/data security norms are adhered to in all forms. driving revenue, while keeping NPS at the core of your engagement and following the Banks philosophy of Fair Customer, Fair to Bank. Key Responsibilities Drive Transition Own & drive various cloud adoption initiatives and transition of services to cloud. Eliminate downtime Continuously review the production issues during hyper care period and ensure cloud operations are stabilized. Migration Develop and manage cloud migration plans, clubbing applications into bundles for migration in waves. Collaboration Work with ICICI Bank business and IT stakeholders to refine automated provisioning through pattern and workflow documentation. Work closely with development teams to assist with migration, cutover, and rollback if needed. Support Provide support for the build orchestration/automation tool (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins) for the CI pipeline. Service Orientation Own the cloud service implementation and transitioning plan along with support from other teams. Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification B.E /B. Tech/M.E/ M. Tech with 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in cloud operations. Cloud Computing Experience in the use of tools (orchestration, automation, and provisioning software) to automatically control the installation, configuration, and management of cloud computing services. Be Up-to-date Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge. Cloud Migration Understanding & experience in managing the onboarding of new services in a cloud environment is preferred. Synergize with Team Experience in evaluating and configuring the right set of provisioning tools for banking IT environments. Communication skill Good oral and written communication skills.
