Position Title: Cloud DB Administrator

Note : Candidate must have experience in SQL Managed instances , cloud SQL databases, SQL server latest versions, Backup recovery, log shipping , Replication, DB security, performance Tuning, managing SQL databases in Azure cloud.

- Plan and implement database designs, including the creation and maintenance of cloud databases like SQL MI, SQL VMs, Azure SQL Databases
- Manage and monitor performance, security, and availability of databases- Implement database backup and disaster recovery procedures like Always on etc- Work with development teams to optimize database usage and query performance- Maintain data integrity, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with data regulations- Coordinate and manage migration of databases to Azure platform- Provide technical support for database environments, including testing and installation of DBMS upgrades- Identify and troubleshoot any database-related issues- Document database policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure they are followed- Perform capacity planning and demand forecasting for database system
