You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless IOT services for our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and resolving issues related to IOT services to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. Your typical day will be network auditing, change management and change implementation, SLA management, L1 support, advanced troubleshooting.
