As a Cloud Architect, DevOps with hands-on coding experience in Python, Ruby, and Go, your role will involve being a Technical Architect / Senior Technical Consultant with 12-16 years of experience in a global setting. Your primary responsibility will be to work on DevOps activities, with a focus on coding in Ruby, Python, and Go languages. 70% of your work will involve coding, while the remaining 30% will be managerial tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the AWS platform remains supportable, flexible, and aligned to the original design principles. - Provide 3rd line operational platform support for all AWS services and environments. - Engage in all areas of Cloud Operations and collaborate closely with other Cloud Engineers. - Engineer innovative solutions to address challenges. - Stay updated with the latest news and developments in the AWS community and your specific area of expertise. Experience & Qualifications: - 12-16 years of industry experience. - Strong background as a development or infrastructure senior engineer. - Excellent proficiency in creating and managing continuous delivery pipelines. - Ability to guide others on architectural and strategic initiatives. - Advocate of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and considers software engineering as a craft. - Versatile in networking, virtualization, and security aspects. - Team player who mentors and trains others effectively. - Forward-thinking and highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills.
