Job Description

1. SAP Cloud ALM Implementation

Set up and configure SAP Cloud ALM tenant.
Enable Cloud ALM functionalities for project governance, task management, requirements, testing, and deployment.
Leverage SAP Activate methodology integrated into Cloud ALM.
Support project teams with endtoend implementation tracking.

2. Operations & Monitoring

Configure health monitoring, integration monitoring, job monitoring, and realuser monitoring within Cloud ALM.
Ensure operational readiness and continuous performance insights across SAP cloud landscapes.
Provide alert handling, incident tracking, and system optimization.
Improve operational transparency using Cloud ALM analytics & automation features.

3. Service & Lifecycle Management

Support service processes through Cloud ALM for Service (SAPs service collaboration platform).
Work with crossfunctional teams for change and release orchestration.
Maintain cleancore principles and lifecycle governance.

4. SAP BTP & Integration Alignment

Ensure Cloud ALM integration with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other supported solutions.
Assist in APIbased integration workflows within SAP BTP.
Align with SAP’s cloudnative ALM architecture built on SAP BTP.

5. Continuous Improvement & Reporting

Provide dashboards, project analytics, and operational insights.
Recommend improvements for system stability, monitoring, and performance.
Support customers in adopting new Cloud ALM use cases.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of
SAP Cloud ALM
(Implementation, Operations, Service).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other cloud SAP solutions.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
Understanding of SAP BTP components and APIs.
Experience in ALM processes: monitoring, testing, change management.

Professional Experience

10+ years of experience in SAP ALM tools (Solution Manager or Cloud ALM).
Experience with cloud or hybrid landscapes.
Handson knowledge of system monitoring, alert management, integration monitoring.

Soft Skills

Strong communication & stakeholder management.
Problemsolving mindset.
Ability to work with crossfunctional technical and business teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar fields.
SAP Cloud ALM or SAP BTP certifications preferred.
