Cloud administrator - Salesforce

As the primary marketing cloud administrator supporting the business function, we are seeking an individual with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud) instance in a BAU capacity. Your responsibilities will include operational support, continuous improvement, platform health, and maintenance activities. You will be expected to maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes. Additionally, you should have the ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud. Your role will require excellent communication and customer service skills. You should be able to effectively articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with the design and appropriate use of data extensions is essential. You must also be familiar with Cloud/Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Email Studio. A working knowledge of AmpScript is necessary, and ideally, you should also have experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Furthermore, exposure or experience in Salesforce CRM administration, particularly in managing campaigns across Marketing and CRM platforms, will be beneficial. Your expertise in these areas will contribute to the success of our marketing cloud operations.,
