Clinical System Administrator II

The primary responsibility of the Clinical Systems Administrator is to provide business administration support for the Sponsor's clinical systems, including eTMF/CTMS, IRT, and EDC systems such as Veeva Clinical Vault and Medidata CTMS. You will collaborate with the Clinical Systems Manager/Sr. Manager and Project teams to ensure on-time deliverables and offer clinical systems user support. Key functions of the job include managing user access, data entry into the Global Directory, creation of studies, resolving help desk tickets, system modifications, process reviews, integrations initiation, archival steps, and ad-hoc task support. To qualify for this role, you must hold a degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline, along with 2 years of clinical trial experience and 2 years of experience with Clinical Systems. Additionally, you should have experience in clinical trial systems like CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and RTMS, with a detailed understanding of requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, and integrations. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to communicate business needs to IT technology partners. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to independently resolve issues and escalate when necessary, learn new systems and integration requirements, and exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
