Clinical Support Worker

1. PATIENT SUPPORT

Warmly welcome customers and direct them to the treatment rooms or waiting area.

Help patients with their comfort needs, basic questions, and consent forms.

At all times, keep the atmosphere peaceful and friendly.

2. Assistance in the Treatment Room

Before beginning any procedure, prepare the treatment rooms by cleaning, sanitising, and setting up supplies.

As directed by the physician or therapist, set up basic instruments, disposables, gowns, and devices.

When necessary, assist with procedures (organising materials, handing over items).

After every patient, make sure the rooms are reset.

3. Clinic Upkeep & Hygiene

Keep all common areas, treatment rooms, and storage zones spotless.

Sanitise high-touch surfaces on a regular basis and make sure the clinic complies with safety regulations.

Handle the laundry (gowns, bedsheets, and towels).

Make sure every machine and cord is positioned securely.

4. Supplies & Inventory

Keep an eye on the supplies of linen, consumables, disposables, and clinic necessities.

Help arrange inventory and notify the manager of any shortages.

Make sure everything is labelled and stored correctly.

5. Support for Administration

Help the front desk with routine duties (patient flow, scheduling appointments).

Organise treatment room checklists, patient files, and basic paperwork.

When necessary, work with vendors to arrange deliveries.

6. Customer Experience

Make sure the client is comfortable both before and after procedures, and offer water or tea if necessary.

Uphold clinic professionalism and communicate in a courteous manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
