Direct Patient Care: Assisting patients with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and hygiene needs. Assisting with Meals: Helping patients with eating and drinking, and maintaining accurate records of food and fluid intake. Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensuring the ward or clinical area is clean, tidy, and safe for patients. Record Keeping: Accurately documenting patient care, observations, and any changes in their condition. Communication: Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Stock Management: Ordering and maintaining adequate levels of medical supplies. Following Instructions: Following established protocols and procedures under the guidance of registered practitioners. Teamwork: Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
