Clinical Sales & Service Specialists

As a Clinical Sales & Service Specialist in Ophthalmology at iLensar Vision, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of our innovative ophthalmic medical devices and technology products within the Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Lucknow territories. You will play a crucial role in providing clinical application support, capital equipment sales, and post-sale service engagement to ensure optimal use of our technology solutions by eye surgeons in the operating room. Your key responsibilities will include supporting surgeons and staff during procedures, delivering comprehensive product training and clinical education to doctors, optometrists, and technicians, managing service delivery and troubleshooting issues post-installation, as well as maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and eye care professionals. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively manage a sales pipeline, meet performance targets, and travel up to 75% within your assigned region, with occasional travel to other cities in India. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in ophthalmic capital equipment sales, a strong background in clinical support and service coordination within eye care, and familiarity with Operating Room (OR) procedures and protocols. A Bachelor's degree in Optometry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and territory management skills are essential, along with self-motivation, a team-oriented approach, and a passion for innovation in eye care.
