Job Description

Detailed Job Role

Coordinate clinical trials, ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory compliance, monitor data collection and patient safety.

KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)

Trial site monitoring, protocol compliance, data accuracy, safety monitoring

KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

Monitoring visits, protocol deviations, data quality, report timeliness

Job Summary:

Coordinate and monitor clinical trial activities across assigned sites
Ensure compliance with study protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements
Monitor patient safety, adverse events, and overall trial conduct
Verify accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data
Prepare and submit monitoring reports in a timely manner
Support investigators and site staff in trial-related activities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number and quality of monitoring visits conducted
Protocol adherence and deviation rates
Accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data
Timeliness of monitoring reports and documentation

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and MS Office
