Assist in setting up, monitoring, and closing clinical trial sites under supervision. Ensure trials are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs. Perform on-site and remote monitoring visits to ensure data integrity and subject safety. Review case report forms (CRFs) for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Assist with study documentation including investigator site files (ISFs), trial master files (TMFs), and essential documents. Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and internal teams to support smooth trial execution. Track and manage study supplies and ensure compliance with study protocols. Participate in investigator meetings, site initiation visits, and training sessions.
