Clinical Psychologist ABA Documentation & Compliance Reviewer

As a Clinical Psychologist at Autism Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, gathering their history, and diagnosing issues using tests to create treatment plans that promote the health and success of your patients. Your role will involve interviewing patients, conducting diagnostic tests, and providing individualized treatment options to help them understand themselves better and make positive changes in their lives. Responsibilities: - Apply psychological theories and practices to assess and support clients. - Assist clients in addressing mental health concerns and facilitating necessary behavioral adjustments. - Utilize strong communication skills to identify and understand complex mental health issues. - Support individuals in recognizing and resolving underlying behavioral challenges. - Demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with diverse populations. - Prioritize the unique needs of each client and develop appropriate treatment plans based on diagnoses. - Provide referrals for additional care, evaluations, or specialized treatment as required. - Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other professionals to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. Requirements: - Candidates with a PhD in Clinical Psychology will be preferred over those with an M.Phil or M.Sc./MA in Clinical Psychology. - Candidates with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology will be preferred over those with an M.Sc./MA in Psychology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and be available during US timings (India night shift). - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook, is a must. - Good work ethics and availability as needed by the company are required.
