Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Aster DM Healthcare Limited in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and experience working with healthcare professionals.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Conduct thorough medication histories and assessments to identify potential risks and benefits.
Develop and maintain accurate records of patient medications and treatment plans.
Provide expert advice on medication therapy management and safety.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmaceuticals and clinical pharmacy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or a related field.
Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
