Clinical Dietitian

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in the healthcare team by taking patient histories, diagnosing conditions, identifying nutritional issues, and recommending suitable dietary treatments. Your responsibilities will include providing recommendations for oral, enteral (RT feeds), or parenteral nutrition, as well as monitoring the effectiveness of nutritional interventions. Furthermore, you will have the chance to participate in research projects related to clinical nutrition and offer guidance to Master's degree students. This role also includes an honorary attachment to the faculty of clinical nutrition. Key Responsibilities: - Take patient histories in a chronological order - Make accurate diagnoses - Identify clinical nutritional problems - Recommend appropriate dietary treatment options such as oral, enteral, or parenteral nutrition - Monitor patient progress on prescribed nutritional interventions - Engage in research projects within the field of clinical nutrition - Provide guidance and support to Master's degree students Qualifications Required: - Degree in Nutrition or related field - Professional certification or licensure in clinical nutrition - Strong understanding of nutritional assessment and intervention - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team - Research experience in clinical nutrition is a plus,
