Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical support for Clinical Development applications such as Entimo, R, SAS, LabVantage, Spotfire, SharePoint, etc. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner, collaborating with development teams to enhance application performance, assisting in release management and system upgrades, developing troubleshooting documentation, and ensuring compliance with GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex-11 standards. Additionally, you will create training materials, provide end-user training, and ensure the optimal performance of applications for a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Clinical Development applications - Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly - Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance - Assist in release management and system upgrades - Develop troubleshooting documentation - Monitor application performance for optimal user experience - Create training materials and provide end-user training - Ensure compliance with GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex-11 standards - Deliver services securely, on time, and within budget for responsible areas - Ensure platforms and solutions meet business requirements and deliver value Qualification Required: - 6+ years of experience in Clinical Development application maintenance - Exposure to the life sciences industry, particularly clinical development - Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders - Experience interacting with senior management and business teams - Hands-on experience with GxP systems and supporting tools (ALM, SNOW) - Strong technology background and coding principles understanding - Business acumen and commercial awareness - Skills in demand planning, IT infrastructure, and technology utilization - Ability to analyze stakeholder requirements and collaborate globally - Fluent in written and spoken English Additional Company Details: Sandoz, a leader in the Generic and Biosimilar medicines sector, aims to provide high-quality medicines to patients globally.
