We are expanding our team and seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Facial Aesthetician who specializes in PDO Threads and other advanced cosmetic procedures to join our growing practice. Position Overview:

As a Facial Aesthetician at Blommac, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized facial treatments, with a focus on PDO thread lifts, along with other innovative procedures such as Botox, Fillers, other injectable services with Vaginal Rejuvenation procedures as well. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs, recommend treatments, and provide outstanding service in a relaxing, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer other advanced cosmetic procedures such as Exosome therapy, Permanent Make up, IV drips, tattoo removal, PRP and other facial rejuvenation treatments
• Conduct client consultations to assess their aesthetic goals and design customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on aftercare and ongoing skincare routines to maintain results
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and products to deliver the best services
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring client safety and comfort
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals and maintain a positive, professional atmosphere

Requirements:

• Valid certification Facial Aesthetician (or equivalent)
• Proven experience with PDO threads and advanced facial aesthetics procedures
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends in the beauty industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to client safety, comfort, and satisfaction
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with injectables.
• Certification in PDO thread lifts or other advanced cosmetic procedures
• Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic setting
