Clinical Application Specialist - MR

As a Clinical Application Specialist for MR at Philips Healthcare, your role will involve providing post and presales application training for new and existing sites. It is crucial that you ensure the successful handover of the system to users, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities also include offering clinical application support to users until they are confident in independently handling the system, as well as developing strong relationships with users and clinicians. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing new sites as demo or reference sites, providing application support for regional and national conferences and workshops, and supporting clinical activities such as user meetings and technician CME for knowledge transfer. You will play a key role in gathering information about both Philips products and competitors" products, as well as providing internal sales training on key application tools. It will be your responsibility to create case studies, clinical newsletters, and testimonials, and to develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Post-installation user training will also fall under your purview. Qualifications Required: - B.Sc/M.Sc Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Application Specialist with exposure to MR, CT, and Cath lab. - Proficiency in clinical anatomy, physiology, clinical procedures, and the workflow of medical systems and devices is essential. Behavioral Competencies: - Fluency in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.,
