Clinical Application Specialist - MR

As a Clinical Application Specialist - MR at Philips Healthcare in India, you will be responsible for providing post and presales application training for new and existing sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the system is successfully handed over to users, thereby improving customer satisfaction. You will also offer clinical application support to users until they are confident in handling the system independently. Developing good relations with users and clinicians, as well as establishing new sites as demo/reference sites, will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will provide application support for regional and national conferences and workshops, as well as for clinical activities such as user meetings and technicians" Continuing Medical Education (CME) for knowledge transfer. It will be your responsibility to gather information about both Philips" products and competitors" products, and to provide internal sales training on key application tools. You will also be in charge of creating case studies, clinical newsletters, and testimonials, as well as developing and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the industry. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.Sc or M.Sc degree, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Application Specialist in the fields of Magnetic Resonance (MR), Computed Tomography (CT), and Catheterization Laboratory (Cath lab). An understanding of clinical anatomy, physiology, clinical procedures, and the workflow of medical systems and devices is essential for success in this role. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, as well as a quick learning ability, are key behavioral competencies required for this position.
